Accommodation costs

• Low season (October - April):
  • A single room with a bathroom is €40, without a bathroom, €30
  • A double room with a bathroom is €60, without a bathroom, €50
  • A triple room with a bathroom is €80, without a bathroom, €60
  • A 4-bed room with a bathroom is €100, without a bathroom, €80
  • A 5-bed room with a bathroom is €120
• High season (May - September):
  • A single room with a bathroom is €45, without a bathroom, €35
  • A double room with a bathroom is €70, without a bathroom, €60
  • A triple room with a bathroom is €95, without a bathroom, €75
  • A 4-bed room with a bathroom is €120, without a bathroom, €95
  • A 5-bed room with a bathroom is €135

The price does not include the tourist tax of €3,50 per person per night over the age of 10.

• Children up to 4 years of age stay with us for free.
• Children aged 4 to 7 benefit from a 50% discount.

For groups of 25 people one free place is provided.

Meals

You can order meals:

• breakfast – €6,50 (from 6:30am to 9:00am)
• half board – €20 (from 7:00pm)

Transportation

We offer individual transportation from both Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports:

• 1-4 people €45
• 5-6 people €60
• 7-8 people €70

If you want transportation to or from the airport this must be communicated when booking your stay at our home.
