RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE POLISH HOUSE OF JOHN PAUL II

A. INFORMATION

  1. Daily Holy Mass is at 7.30, additionally on Saturdays and religious holidays is at 10.00 (the chapel is on the 1st floor)
  2. Confession is available upon request at the reception desk
  3. Night quiet time applies between 11:00 p.m. -7:00
  4. The House is closed between 23:00-7:00, if you need to come back later or go out earlier, please call +39 375 546 23895
  5. Meals are served in following hours:
    • breakfast 7:00 -10:00
    • dinner 7.00 p.m.- 8.00 p.m.
  6. Payment for accommodation can be made by cash or credit card, within the first 24 hours.
  7. Storage of money and valuable belongings is possible upon request in reception.
    The safety deposit box is available between 7.00 – 8.00 p.m.
  8. A tv room is located on the 1st floor.
  9. Devotional articles and other souvenirs are available in the room close to reception.
  10. Access to the center of Rome from the Giustiniana station is as follows:
    • FL3 line to Valle Aurelia, change to metro – line A
    • to the Vatican: FL3 San Pietro station, with a possibility of change to the bus 64 towards Termini station
    • to go to the seaside, FL3 Ostiense station, transfer from Piramide to Ostia
  11. Check in time starts at 2 p.m., check out time until 10.30
  12. Whenever leaving the room, the guest should leave the key at the reception
  13. Before departure the key should be returned to the reception desk no later than at 10:30.
  14. Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire hotel. Password is provided at the reception

B. GUIDELINES

  1. We are all request to keep the House clean.
  2. Electric kettles are on the 2nd and on the 3rd floor. Plastic plates and cubs are available for purchase at the reception.
  3. Please don’t forget to turn of the light in your room and in the bathroom.
  4. We kindly ask you to leave the bathroom clean.
  5. Please throw the waste into the rubbish bins, never to sanitary facilities.
  6. We suggest you to keep your valuable items and money in a safe box.
  7. The House is not responsible for stolen or lost items.
  8. When using the lift, please adhere strictly to the standards of its use.
  9. The washing machine is on the 5th floor, the iron on the 4th floor.
  10. Smoking in hotel rooms, corridors, staircase is prohibited. The House is entirely no smoking.
  11. The guest should notify the hotel’s reception desk immediately upon noticing any damage.
  12. Damage caused by the guest will be compensated with a fee.
