Accommodation costs
Low season (November – March):
- A single room with a bathroom is €40, without a bathroom, €30
- A double room with a bathroom is €60, without a bathroom, €50
- A triple room with a bathroom is €80, without a bathroom, €60
- A 4-bed room with a bathroom is €100, without a bathroom, €80
- A 5-bed room with a bathroom is €120
High season (April – October):
- A single room with a bathroom is €45, without a bathroom, €35
- A double room with a bathroom is €70, without a bathroom, €60
- A triple room with a bathroom is €95, without a bathroom, €75
- A 4-bed room with a bathroom is €120, without a bathroom, €95
- A 5-bed room with a bathroom is €135
The price does not include a tourist tax of 6 euros per person per day (fee applies from the age of 10)
After making a reservation by phone or email, a deposit of 10 percent of the total amount (not including the air conditioning tax) must be made within 7 calendar days. Failure to pay the deposit by the deadline means automatic cancellation of the reservation, without notice to those concerned.
Children up to 4 years old stay with us for free.
Children from 4 to 7 years old receive a 50% discount.
For groups, one free place for every 25 people.

The cost of accommodation in rooms with private bathrooms is:
- in a single room with bathroom – €55
- in a double room with bathroom – €80
- in a triple room with bathroom – €110
- in a quadruple room with bathroom – €140
- in a quintuple room with bathroom – €155
The accommodation costs in rooms with shared bathrooms in the corridor are:
- in a single room with a shared bathroom in the corridor – €45
- in a double room with a shared bathroom in the corridor – €70
- in a triple room with a shared bathroom in the corridor – €95
- in a quadruple room with a shared bathroom in the corridor – €120
Parking
Parking is free for House Guests
Meals
Meals can be ordered:
- breakfast – €8 (from 7:00 am to 10:00 am)
- dinner – €22 (from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm)
Transfer service
We offer individual transfers from both Roman airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino):
- 1-2 people – €45, at night (22:00-6:00) – €60
- 3-4 people €60, at night (22:00-6:00) – €75
- 5-6 people €70, at night (22:00-6:00) – €85
- 7-8 people €90, at night (22:00-6:00) – €100
